Member's streams are different though, they incentivize people to member, and she feels responsible for providing something worthwhile and exclusive to the people supporting her.

For the record, caring about numbers is not binary. I think Fauna cares about numbers to some extent, but that she also makes a concerted effort to not care TOO much about it. It's a delicate balance, and she's great at it IMO. (And no, I don't think she cares about numbers because of money or whatever, but rather because she feels a sense of duty to her audience and co-workers. This is very normal.)

I, and most Saplings don't care you think about Fauna's numbers. The only time she talked about numbers, she said not to care so much about them and that it'll only mess with your content.

Like I said, she didn't stop playing Bioshock even if it was getting shit numbers. So, your entire reasoning is wrong. Only Up was the first FOTM game Fauna played this year. She doesn't care about numbers, she just looks at a game and sees if she and Saplings can enjoy it. That's all there is to it.
