I will, but unfortunately it's a bit worse than that. There are arcs that I'm undercooking and not realizing till after the fact. The biggest example would be the Choco-Botan moment. I pulled the trigger on that one way before it would've been interesting. I wanted it to be a lot more than what it ended up being unfortunately.

What I'm going to try to do is make this Watame arc three chapters if I can. I have a plot for it in mind but it'll need some time for it to really hit where I want it to hit. If nothing else, I'm definitely learning make these arcs actual arcs, not just footnotes. I may even choose not to release this whole bit until it's done. As always, do be sure to give me any critiques. It's been helping me a lot to see what I'm missing.

depends on the track or the scene I'm writing. If the song has lyrics that I know front to back already, I can listen to it without it being distracting. I like to put on ambient music quite a bit when I have something in mind for certain scenes. As for what music I prefer, it's kinda all over the place. High paced rock or alternative with chunni anime ass lyrics are my go to for action scenes and the like, while R&B helps my sensual juices flow.

Sometimes I was more subtle, but I was pretty upfront with how I needed the info since their oshi was showing up in my fanfic. I didn't namedrop the series itself or say anything specific about the content itself. I remember an SSRB or two actually sounded interested to see how Botan turns out and to let them know when it was done.

I like to mention /wg/ in splits from time to time when it's appropriate. It's nice to have more potential readers and writers, and people may be missing out on great content about their oshi because they never checked the thread or the story archive.

In my experience /wg/ is mostly mentioned when people write some decently lengthy piece of fiction elsewhere - but more often in a "this should be archived" sense than in a "fuck off" sense, and the latter is more of a sign that that person hated the particular writing he was responding to rather than /wg/.

It's pretty much finished. All the major scenes are written, just the connective tissue to deal with. But I've had it on the back burner for so long that the parts I've written don't fit together tonally, especially since I wrote it completely out of order. So I have to edit it like I'm putting together a puzzle with missing pieces.

Yeah, she is criminally underrated... if only she had the screen time to match Fubuki.
She's been pretty one-note so far, though. She only ever reacts to anything aggressively or derisively, that's the chief complaint I have about her. The sole exception being the few times she's been brought out during ASMR.
IIRC Kuro's voice fucks Fubuki's voice which is why she doesn't get wheeled out more often. If I was gonna write her, I'd probably flanderize either her aloof nature and make her a sympathetic antihero, or just add dere and make her a classic tsundere (not modern).

I never really got the appeal of this particular kink. What's sexy about failing to please your partner? If I'm going to be fucking Kuro-chan then I'd want to break through her cold attitude and get her to moan, even if they're quiet ones. Otherwise I'd feel impotent.
