There isn't any lore, really. Some people assume it will be hard to understand FlaVR because of that but I don't think this is true. Streamers are independent, and they do what they can independently; since the beginning it's been like that. Obviously over time people have built friendships and become more like a group, but there's nothing stopping anybody new from getting into the action and starting streaming.
I personally maintain that the only lore you need to understand is Pippa created FlaVR, and because of that the community surrounding FlaVR is a bit edgier. Respect the edginess, and do your best, and that's it.
