Gonna be honest Lamys (Lamies? Lamyses? Whatever), there's no writing anons that actually watch Lamy enough to want to make a story, considering she is one of the least viewed JPs and 85% of the stories in the writing thread are HoloEN, that basically just proves it. You'll probably be able to find someone willing go do it, but they most likely won't be Lamy viewers, at least not on a regular basis. What you could do is handhold a writing anon while he gets the rough stuff out and you informing him as a collective (or just the main organizer Lamy, if they so wish it) how Lamy would act, but that's obviously quite a lot of work. Alternatively you could branch out of /vt/ for a Hololive writer that takes commission, asking if they watch Lamy as the main question to use them or not. I personally do feel compelled to write your story out of pity, and while i do not think my writing would be mind blowing, it is definitely would be satisfactory. That being said, i don't watch Lamy, and i have no idea how to collect commission cash without doxxing myself, so that would be a problem. I think you can get people into the idea of writing for your doujin if you get some pages out, but that's a big "maybe", and if they don't, that's a lot of money thrown out into the wind for nothing. Regarding the speed of change, that's entirely up to the author. The prompt is not meant to be a strict outline, and more of a loose general idea. As long as the Lamys are happy, I have no issue with any choices made in creating the story. My preference of course is a non-Instant transformation (either Fast or Slow), but that doesn't mean that the other Lamys agree.
However, it is expected that the mental changes will both result in complete Lamyfication of the mind, and will be slower than the physical changes, so that the viewer character can experience the change before their mental replacement.
