I haven't enjoyed most stars streams for a long ass time but I kept watching because I wanted to escape from my shitty life and, even if I was unable to make it, at least the stars would and I could live through them. The worst part is that I stubbornly refused to watch most holos because that's a view I could give to the boys instead.

Turns out that tuning in a few holo streams after the anniversary frustration made me realize I enjoy them more than the stars. Except that even if I switch oshi groups now, I haven't been around for their big events and it'll take years before I finally 'get it'. At least having the experience from watching the stars not making it will stop me from judging them too harshly or giving them shit about male collabs, bfs or whatever

And although a big part of this reaction is me being a schizo, feelings like these are encouraged by the talents (especially Astel) and management with their actions that make it look like the branch will die unless it gets bigger. Since when is supporting idols supposed to make you feel like shit instead of getting inspired?

I’ve been a longtime Holo fan and I got into the stars around Uproar. There was a lot of stuff I liked about the stars and areas I could see thinking “oh I missed out on this”. But I noticed something happen, and it actually applies to the EN branches too, something just happened overall with content. I felt frustrated with some decisions.
