I don't really watch much of Kiara but I know Amelia is very unique person, not only her character but her mentality as a whole. Her hic, her intonation and they way she tardwrangles/interacts her chat is irreplaceable. No other vtuber would have the same personality schtick as her and she stands out as someone who is really unique. She's already known for saying the N-word in her past life and she's an actual gamer who's insanely good at CSGO, and even reached diamond on Apex. Meanwhile your average twitch streamers would most likely have a very pro-censorship mentality and would kowtow to the first anti post they see. She knows how to stand up for herself and how to entertain other people in a variety of ways apart from "just stream bro". She just emits a ton of good vibes which you wouldn't have with a person who interacts with vtweeters daily. It's a combination of all of those different factors and more, is the reason why she got in.
