It's a shit timezone to stream for. The average population, especially if you start including Eastern Europe, is not interested in shit like anime. If you wanna talk raw potential numbers, populationg for the EU is something like 450m vs the US at 350m, and that's not including other NA timezones like the spics down in Mexico, SA, and all of Canada. The timezone choice for Kiara's streams has hindered her more than helped, but I get why she chooses to stream at that time.

Incorrect, EU primetime is the most concurrently watched time of the day. Because you have Late Night Asian streamers, NA daytime streamers and EU primetime streams all live at the same time.

Keep in mind though, this is one twitch. There is in fact a ton of huge twitch streamers that stream during the day NA time and still get views. I think the audience is specifically lacking on YT in the West and Vtubers aren't big enough yet.

Imo, there could easily be a huge NA Holo in the future that streams during EU primetime, if they get the attention of more of the western audience. At least in the weekend when people are home, which is why there are so many early JP streams during the weekend that get good viewership.

Though this isn't as relevant to Kiara anyway, since she refused to let go of her SEA audience after moving back to EU. If she had hard stuck to streaming from 8pm to maybe 1am her time every single stream(not collabs), from her moving, things could have been different(obviously there are other reasons for her not doing this). We have really only seen the potential of EU primetime from the few months when Ina started her streams at 9pm Kiara time.

EU viewers are on twitch and Kiara alone is not enough incentive for them to come back to YT after their betrayal.

It is a terrible thing, it means it is basically impossible to be a casual Kiara watcher as you need to be invested enough to take a look at her schedule and then decide to make time for her instead of her just starting the same time every day.
The pipeline of watching someone out of convinience, then out of habit and finally because you became a fan is not to be underestimated and it can't happen with streaming times all over the place.
But Kiara has made her peace with her CCV so that will probably not change. At least her putting her long gaming streams on the weekend and starting at 3-4pm most Saturdays and Sundays is a step in the right direction.
