I've watched her graduate three times in a little under two years now. No idea what her endgame for all this is, but I remember in her last graduation she said she expects to be doing this for a little over a year, and yet she's only been active for 6 months.

Maybe she did apply for VTA, who are currently on a week hiatus and expected to debut Gen 4 soon. They also debut 'experienced' streamers directly into NijiJP through the program, but I don't believe VTA will be enough to secure her Visa unless Anyc REALLY wanted her.
