I really do hope you make this into a full story one day as I really did like reading it and it made me feel bad that Fubuki was getting bullied over something that wasn't her fault at all. Finally got around to watching this. I'd have to say that the sound design is the best part of this video - from the SFX to the music for the characters.
Another thing is the writing. I like the approach you did with having the characters be what they look like during streams, but otherwise they're treated as "what they could be behind the scenes."
The art, meanwhile, is serviceable. It's AI art, but it manages to give life to the whole show, so it gets a pass from me. The prompt wrangling must've tough as heck.
Once again, I'll say that if there's ever a "vtuber procedural" story, this is it. I'm glad it turned out the way I expected it to.
I like the way Gura was written in particular. You can tell how scared she is, while still trying to meet everyone's expectations. Using Gawr to embody her self-doubt was also a nice touch. The subplot with her brother though, damn. It hits hard. At least it gave her the gut punch necessary to actually take up the ambassadorship
Can't wait for Episode Two! If this turns out as vtuber Perfect Blue, that would be kino as fuck

The AI art was indeed the most time consuming part. Mainly because I wanted specific poses and that can be hard for the model to accommodate. I might need to streamline my process for part 2 in order to finish the story. As for part 2 I'm so excited to get to writing the script, it's been a while since I last wrote because the last month has mainly been art and video editing.

Finally got the time to see this in full.
First things first. You really need to practice your dialogue to make it sound more natural. Either read it out aloud or show it to other people. Because there were a bunch of spots here that felt awkward, like bits of terminology and dialogue phrased weird scratted here and there.
Second, you should probably consider expanding the text box/decreasing your font size if you're going for longer strings of dialogue. Without VA the cut off basically 'cuts off' anyone reading a continous string of dialogue into two different strings mentally.
Finally, This really needed voice acting. I know AI voice alone isn't adequate enough to handle the needs of this script but I think even amateur VA work voicecloned as appropriate + Direction could have given these scenes the extra punch it needed. I know you're trying to keep this a solo work but damn some of these scenes would have hit harder with some polish/editing to the dialogue combined with appropriate Voice acting.
The art and music carry the appropriate vibe to it but, the way you're writing this still makes it feel like you're writing with Voice in mind which leads to there being something missing even with the words, art and music being there. I think you could fill in this pothole but it's going to have to involve a change in writing style for future episodes. I.e switch from writing like you're making a script to writing like this is a VN.
Sorry if I'm being too harsh. I'm seeing a shitload of potential in the concept and medium you're working in but the teething problems that are coming up as you develop this are something you're going to have to adress eventually. Because I really fucking like this concept and the execution is like almost there that you just need to tinker with the 'formula' a bit more in order to get it to work.
As for the story. I really fucking like this plot you're cooking up. Genuinely hope you can fix or at least adress the issues I pointed out because damn you're making something great.

I don't want to push my scenes onto you, but I could've imagined the toilet incident along the lines of Towa waking you up in the middle of the night because she's "so very devilish". After all, waking someone up for no reason is totally something a devil would do, right? Anon starts out confused then turns irritated when Towa insist on beating around the bush. Just as Anon is about to turn around and go back to sleep, he hears Towa's whining and realizes her squirming, putting one and one together.
Another fun scene could've been playing with the 5 meter restriction. Like, you waking up to loud noises only to find Towa in the doorframe of the kitchen at the end of a rolled out tape measure, trying to fill up a glass of water with some garbage tweezers or something. Just as an example.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. The font size is something I could change relatively easily, you're right that there are a lot of cut off sentences. The motivation for a larger font size was that because there is no voices I wanted the font to be more readable, especially for mobile viewers on small screens. So it's a tradeoff. I'll experiment with it. Yeah voices would be nice, if this gets bigger I'd be more inclined to hire amateur VAs but as this is a relatively obscure fan project it's hard for myself to justify putting in those kind of resources. Though if anyone wants to voice act this themselves or with AI that would be awesome. Are there specific dialogue lines that you found particularly awkward? I've been torn about having it feel more like a movie or more like a visual novel, I stuck with movie because that's just what spoke to me but a con is that I'm not able to have as much inner dialogue. I could try though, I know anime and plays tend to have a decent amount of inner thoughts and monologues compared to movies.

If you're going to stick with having no Voice acting then you do have one advantage. She tries to fight it, but is pinned down by her wrists, with the creature hissing on her face. Suisei knows that if she keeps trying, something really bad is bound to happen. But perhaps that would have been for the better, given that what is in store for her is far, far worse than a merciful death.

The creature humps its tail forcefully into her again and again, scrapping at her unlubricated insides just as she saw them doing to her friend Miko. Soon, the creature's tail begins to pulse and undulate as something wet and warm is pumped inside of her womb. Suisei screams, horrified, putting a struggle once more, but it is meaningless, she is unable to overpower the creature that has her pinned down, filling her with its eggs. She soons passes out, not being to bear it anymore as her belly bulged further and further.

When she came to again, she was in a room surrounded by several other women, stuck to the wall by some gelatinous substance just as hard as the walls themselves, gagged with a tube going inside her mouth, down her throat. All she could do is look around the room at the other women, giving birth to grotesque creatures who are born shrieking out from their wombs, climbing onto their bodies to feed from their engorged breasts.
