The second question is retarded. It's the job of the managers and the company itself to help the talents. This sounds like Eien wants to cut corners by having the individual talents themselves manage their colleagues with emotional support. Retarded idea for a multitude of obvious reasons.
Third question basically sounds like they're shirking themselves of responsibility if something goes wrong by immediately defaulting to "the mistake is all you". That's not a correct way to run a company, especially one that's largely publicly facing. As a company owner, it's literally your job to ensure the correct direction of the employees. If my pet dog pisses on my carpet, it's not merely the dog's mistake, but more so a mistake in my training of the dog.
Given everything that's happened thus far, Eien sounds like it's ran by amateurs with no idea of what they're doing. You only have three talents with very modest fanbases. I agree, but they should reflect on their viewership. If your numbers drop long after debut, you started doing something wrong, and you should try to fix it, not by trend chasing, but asking viewers which is probably useless most of the time,but can give you few ideas how to proceed.

Make sure I'm keeping at least a semi-regular schedule. Seek more collabs with people both inside and outside the company. Up my social media presence. Make clips or hire a clipper to make clips.

If you think they (or any other corpo) would be an improvement over your current status, sure, why not at least try? Applying is free, and if you manage to get interviewed and find out it isn't for you (for example contract is shit or other things that didn't pass the vibe check) the worst you've lost is just some wasted time.

But ideally you should be applying to multiple corpos anyway (if you want to be a corpo tuber in the first place), so you have an understanding and comparison of the playing field and can choose from what options are best for you. Or, more realistically, if you aren't such a standout talent that you could walk into any first company and get hired on the spot, you'll have to apply to multiple anyway because most of them will probably reject you and you have to make do with what you get in the end, so cast a wide net.

As for this company specifically, depends on what you mean by "worth it". They've currently stalled a bit and lost some of the momentum they had in the beginning due to one talent menhera-ing herself into getting fired and another talent having a bf yab (both by the way good general case studies on what and what not to do as a vtuber, take notice), but from all I've seen those are individual issues and not really caused by the company itself being systemically rotten and shit. And it's probably still to early to say if the whole company is doomed to an irredeemable decline, shitposting aside. It could just as well be that after debuting a new gen of good talents all that old drama is forgotten and they go on to incline again. Or not, what do I know. Ideally this is stuff you should already answer yourself because you actually watched the company/ies you want to apply for before and already have some understanding of what's going on with them and where you would like to see yourself and why.

Or to put it in another way, why don't you tell us first what makes you think about applying to this company (or others) in the first place? What's your vision, what do you want to achieve, what is it about this company (or others) that you think can help you that you can't do on your own, etc?

You respond in a way that answers the question obviously, but they have to be good answers. You need to show that you can work under pressure and also put out something decent. The first question is especially important because it's a scenario that happens very often in streaming or any content creation medium. You'll have moments where your numbers will dwindle so you need to do something to ensure you're still growing as a streamer, and this requires a lot of good decision making and maybe even some creative thinking if you plan to do something more spectacular. If you can't come up with good answers for any of these questions don't even bother applying because you lack experience and would be dead weight sucking up money and everyone's time and effort. these questions might seem "open-ended" to anyone that's never applied to a job, but the only correct answers are the ones that show you won't be wasting anybody's time.

1) This sucks. You shouldn't be "diversifying content" (whatever that means) you should be specializing. If you want to grow, you need to be known for "something." Semi-regular isn't good enough unless you plan to be a freeloader. You need to be consistent if you want to grow at all. State what days and time you're going to stream, and make sure that remains the same for the rest of your streaming career.
2) You need to be more assertive. Your friend is in serious trouble so if you have any ounce of loyalty, you should be getting your butt over there and helping them. If your schedule doesn't allow it then figure out a way to make time. Being a teamplayer is important for building friendships with your coworkers and fostering positive communities. it's also good for your reputation.
3) This is more complicated. Rather than thinking of it as an "agree or disagree" situation (which is a pretty dumb mindset to have) you should be taking it for what it is (feedback, like what any other viewer would give) and reflecting on it. management is basically one of your most loyal viewers because they'd have to be watching your streams more than once and their feedback isn't something you should throw away lightly. there's just some things that you can't realize on your own as a streamer because you're not watching your own stream, the viewers are, and you need to make sure to listen to what they say. you need to have a clear vision of what your goals are as a streamer to stay motivated, listen to feedback, and take responsibility for every mistake you make so you'll stay on track and achieve those goals.
