Hana is menhera to a point where you honest to god can't save her. If she's still at Nijisanji despite there being audio recordings about her frustrations with the company and how she "doesn't want to hate it", if she's still there despite mentioning how she grew "distant" with the now graduated members of her wave, then she's there for the long haul. No one can save her.

She filtered her audience hard with a bunch of Indo speak streams and changed her content, crashing her views overtime. Add in the whole imposter syndrome and wanting a smaller audience, she basically crippled herself. She could've become a big boomer shooter vtuber considering how big her Doom and other retro streams were, but she threw it away despite having a head start in that field. It's really sad, as she was the first chubba I found who I could understand and she played games I liked. I just feel bad for her now.

Hana had the chance to be one of the biggest EN vtubers of all time and enable Nijisanji to be what Hololive ultimately became. Established, decent model, memes, and so on. But she chose not to capitalize on that and instead:

It's sad. The fact she was on the boomer shooter trend before they were even called boomer shooters meant if she had stuck to just somewhat holding on to the western audience with those streams and other indie games, she would've exploded even more when things like Dusk took off. It also would've kept Niji's influence in the West consistently up until NijiEN comes out, and NijiEN would have an culture to build off of already instead of having to make one up from scratch, which allowed the Fujos to get in. I could see Nijisanji being considered the "gamer" company of vtubing while Hololive is considered the "Idol" company in the west if she stuck to her progress.

I don't really care anymore but I stopped watching after she did that fakeout Fallout New Vegas one off. I was genuinely excited for her to play the game for the first time but she kinda just memed on it. I would've been fine if she genuinely gave it a fair shake and didn't like it but I think she planned it from the outset. Maybe i'm wrong. She's not a bad gal but that took the wind off my sails enough that I didn't renew my membership. I guess I got burnt out to everyone besides my oshi in the end too but i'm bummed that it's my last memory of her.

The problem is that it's a sweeping generalization of an entire subgenre of streaming. There's ladywhores and manwhores everywhere, ironically enough they also make up quite a bit of her kouhais in Nijisanji EN. But that doesn't mean that there aren't people that try to be regular entertainers either or just play vidya with/for their audience.
The other problem is that the statement comes off as holier-than-thou, and nobody gives two shits about what an anime muppet on the internet thinks is morally correct. We all know its a fantasy, nobody is interested in hearing about what the actor behind has to say about it. It shouldn't be any surprise that as soon as they could, they left for other vtubers.
