I think Gura is simply bored with streaming. She burned out, and it has nothing to do with how often she streamed before, burnout is different for everyone. And to be honest, I understand her, it's been ages since I watched a HoloEN stream of any kind, so even if she came back, I probably wouldn't be watching.
I was around since her debut and simply got bored eventually. I can easily imagine the same happening to her, who had to do this as a job for all these years.
