Digital for sure if that’s what you intend to use long term. Any iPad makes a decent beginner drawing tablet. Tablets you hook up to a computer are very cheap, display tablets are way more expensive but to me are far more convenient and portable. I started with krita which is free but can’t go wrong with CSP. Keep your fundamentals in mind as you draw and have fun. Took me about a year to go from complete beginner to decent lewds.

There are just so many resources out there for beginner artists I just sort of picked the ones I liked best. But really you will identify things to work on much faster than you can fix them, some things just take time and practice. I tried to sketch a little each day. For reference I numbered the sketches I did for this thread and it was around 200 after a year.
