When Gura died, holoEN entered a funk and disillusioned EN fans left the hobby. JP has 30+ fucking member mate. During JP prime time you can open Holodex and there will be at least 10+ streams going on. Among them a few solo gaming streams, a couple collabs and maybe an interesting event like a tournament, a 3D concert, an outfit reveal etc.
HoloEN on the other hand has 10 members with half of them being burnt out or having other issues that prevent them from streaming. The girls themselves talked about being unable to organize collabs or events because of it. During most days you'll be lucky to have one or two streams to watch.
And in the meantime management keeps investing into homoshits that literally no one asked for save for a small loud minority of fujo sisters.
