How can you guys keep up with Hololive?

Back in 2021, I had listened to all Hololive originals and covers and I used to watch everyone and clips about everyone. But now it's impossible. There is too much content. I stopped studying, I stopped doing almost everything in my life because I had to keep up with Hololive all the time. Eventually I got burnt out and couldn't consume Hololive content anymore for around 2 years, except for Fauna and a bit of other HoloEN. But I want to get back, in a healthy way. I just don't know what to do. I feel like a fake fan because I don't know most of the things that are happening anymore. I know there is r/HoloNews to help, but even so, it seems impossible. I lost all the songs I had and I also missed hundreds of new songs released in 2022/2023.
