The thing with Holos is that even if they have passionate female fans they're still idols and will mostly appeal to their male fans, and even if we ever get a female only Holo the Holobronies would still watch her and repel potential females to join, I'm not saying they're gonna prevent all girls to join the fanbase but will for sure make them the minority.
For example Vesper has 50/50 male to female ratio, I think that's impossible for a Holo to achieve.
