I'm personally writing Lui to be a major recurring villain in my story but major as in just in number of appearances, because as far as plot goes, she doesn't influence much. Chloe holds basically zero final boss power unless you're Kojima and developing Death Stranding 2. Koyori might have potential but you'd really have to lean into a mad scientist archetype which would be very silly. Iroha has big boss potential, but only somewhere around middle of the story. Laplus... there's a lot you can do with her, but as far as taking her as a boss, you'd need to go a lot into OC unshackled Laplus territory to pull anything off with her.

Fanfiction is about an appreciation of certain, central characters. These characters' charm must be portrayed because because they are the primary selling point.
I want to hear precisely how frizzy Nenechi's head of hair is, I want to hear her eyes compared to some sentimental metaphor that reflects her character, I want interpretation on why exactly she smiles constantly, where her accent is from and how that reflects on her past, the vocal tics she chooses to indulge, his her personal fashion style reflects her. And then I want to hear the main character reflect on how those traits effect him.
As a reader, I may already know these things, but they allow me to connect with your work, and that connection is what let allows me to recognize your talents and appreciate your work.
