I used to believe that wholeheartedly. But how can fan push oshi, if oshi isn't doing anything worth pushing for? My oshi is deadset on doing low effort content like just playing games and making noises every now and then with minimal chat interraction. For me, just showing up to stream feels like an obligation at this point. Smaller streamer so it is noticeable how many people are present. The pressure to keep coming back is real even after a year of watching because the laugh and voice used to make me happy. It's just sad

The idol should be out of reach to everyone, but shared in equal measure. It's part of what makes them special, the unattainability. I'm not a guy who reees about male collabs because it's a business relationship first in many cases, like a traditional idol being on TV next to a male comedian. But if there's a thread of them being close friends or more it's easy to see why some would be uncomfortable with that. It's like worshipping a god who very visibly and only shows favor to someone else.

What's going on above me? On an unrelated note, why is there such a deficiency in: proper grammar, spelling, and sentence/paragraph syntax in all of these posts?
If you're having trouble with using a second language, I would advise speaking or writing the language with another person who has grown up learning that particular language. There are many free resources and online learning tools to assist you in learning the way the second language "flows".

I think this is why people are souring on idols lately. Because they aren't idols, they're twitch streamers with anime avatars. Their goal isn't to motivate or to inspire, sometimes it's not even to entertain, it's just to pinch as many pennies as possible. And all the while these people often bite the hand that feeds them and grow resentful of the audience who enables them to do this profession.

Sora really is a true idol in every way. She's not doing it for money, she's doing it because she loves Soratomos and wants us to be happy. Compare this to like Finana or Veibae or Calli. I think the hatred less comes from "whores" or more the fact that they are clearly not in it to be idols, they're in it entirely for themselves and would drop it in a nanosecond if there was more money somewhere else.
