Why do you even believe Muumi manages Pippa? Muumi joined Phase when only Gen1 existed, like on October 2021. It sounds like after a few months, Muumi became the manager of the incoming Gen2, early 2022, as she is super close to Shiina.
If I were to guess, Muumi hasn't really worked with Gen1 since those early days. It sounds that Dizzy and the other mangers (Niki, Hana) who aren't very public are the ones managing Gen1 talents.
