I don't really think she made it worse. Henya certainly didn't seem like she needed calm/comfort (she mostly freaked out due to the annoying notifications), but by the time Haruka got involved that shit had been going on for a while and people were messaging her trying to get her to help (and probably exaggerating how bad it was) so I can see why she would think Henya was actually scared by the spammer, specially when harassment is obviously a touchy subject for Henya (and IIRC Haruka has also dealt with harassment/stalking).

I was never a "real voice" faggot, but her voice is so distinct, and there is older video of her speaking in a deeper voice; which she herself explained as her actually *making* her voice deeper artificially.
