4 staffs per talent is something cover has said on their notes/interviews, iirc its when they are being asked why their operational margin is low compared to other vtuber corpos and they responded with how much staffs they are paying per talent compared to other corpos.
this number IS NOT the amount of managers cover hires per talent. it's everything that scales with talent amount including managers but not limited to that.
Metaverse is only 13% of the total workforce, the first 3 blocks here (74% of the workforce) is what actually scales with the number of twlent they have to manage.

Which Holostars does have and uses it's still 39% of the total workforce which is ~160 people. ~35 of which can be 'cost-cut' if not for the holostars branch.
Not to mention that discounting the first block is a bit ironic since their first and main function is to develop and plan new vtubers in which Cover only has debuts 12 stars in their last 3 batches.

The branch need to make at least 1.5M USD in profits ANNUALY to remain operationally profitable, in which I really don't think they have done in the past year.

Even if it’s only a quarter of what that anon thinks making it 6-10 that’s still 5 million per staff member upwards of 50 million not counting expenses. Homos have to bring in $360 yearly revenue to break even which means they have to make double that to account for their cuts.

His main point is that probably aren’t actually profitable which might be true. 22 talents sharing 10 staff members for 2 separate branches is not likely but even with that there revenue has to push 1 million+ usd a year to break even.
