Elden Ring simply has far more substance to make it an enjoyable streaming game. BOTW and TOTK is mostly Link just running in one direction, across a barren field, with bgm that sounds like it's almost mites. So unless the person streaming is as dumb as rocks and spends ages doing silly stuff with the physics then it's not all that fun to watch.

Because Pokémon was limited to one month for permissions and elden ring had a lot of hype and the unique character of being a difficult souls game. A lot of holos didn't even finish it and there's still a decent amount of Zelda streams happening so I think it's not really lacking behind

the best totk (and by extension botw) content is by people who either think about the mehanics in meticulous detail and apply them creatively, people who are very good at the game (combat gods, etc.), or walking lore encyclopedias
Otherwise, its a glorified extra-boring zatsu stream with gameplay footage of being bad at the easiest zelda games. so far, all of the holos who've played it fall in this category.
