It could definitely be a LLaMa model and it probably is. Vedal has confirmed that he upgraded Neuro's LLM at some point and making any LLM schizo is easy. Turn up the temperature and turn down the repetition penalty enough and boom, you have a schizo bot. That's probably all her 'schizo slider' does, just adjust one or more sampling settings.
