Not the animal lounge anon but I can say this from observing:
-The talents are provided with A LOT of stuff, good models with chibi version, background, loading screen, transition screen, ending screen, etc.
-The company however, from what Ive seen, has completely forgotten to advertise their vtubers properly thus causing them to be 1views - 2views.

As for the talents themselves, Ive only watched Iro so far and I really like her. I wish she tweeted more or something but I guess shes just starting. She doesnt look liek she has prior experience streaming.

I found them when their most subscribed talent Murie Mary appeared on my YT recommendations. The girls are sweet yet inexperienced in streaming. It was smart for AL to give variety to their first gen, with Alisa being the cutesy girl, Mary being the dreamy booba, and Iro the clumsy tomboy.

The main problem is the lack of advertising. Also, they debuted one month apart from each other, and by the time Iro came out, Mary graduated the next day, for being too busy IRL. Mary's account has been wiped out, for AL plans to debut her again with a different streamer. So far, Alisa has the most people in chat and hopefully her Idol cover brings more visibility to Iro and her.

I like Alisa. She is very excited at knowing new things like a bird-brain and her Poppy Playtime streams are fun. Also, a good singer. Iro is adorable, but it feels like she doesn't know what she is doing. She is also very conscious of making mistakes. She does ask feedback from her chat a lot. So far, I love her ASMR stream. Mary was very chill to talk with, and very proud of her boobs. She prefers being called sexy, not cute. Wished she could have stayed, but I hope the best for her.

Reminds me of the whole discord shitfest when Lumi and Yuri left CyberLive. Crab bucket mentality is extremely strong in these girls for some reason. Even with the fallout cleared up between them there's still bad blood between Hylo/Yoki and Lumi. Panda and Menace are only on "okay" terms with her from what I've seen. The looming shadow of the grudge really keeps them from actually talking it out and moving on.
I bet she's trying to cope with how little Kawaii is actually doing for her and her genmates, honestly. They lose half of their money and get a flat amount of it back labelled as a "budget" for skebs and covers. The company then proceeds to seemingly pocket the rest because whenever they actually get something it comes from their fans again, taking from the money they'd normally get in donations. The company also "doesn't believe in digital promotion" basically leaving them stuck in limbo unless they spam shorts and get lucky. Eventually that little bubble of denial will pop and the company will collapse as they all leave. Probably gonna be a while though. Nene and Nami are extremely good at coping and convincing women of things.
Actual rampant speculation (fanfiction) time (I don't believe any of this but it'd be funny):
Soon, NijiEN will fall apart. Pomu will leave with quite a few of the others, probably just going right back to the ghost. Isla will see this and want to collab with her again, since they were friends years ago. Management will block it because they were good friends before Isla was in Kawaii and it'd be like crossing the timelines, so she'll just leave to make the collab happen since she's already quite critical of management. Charzu will follow because she's good at picking up on where things are leading. Someone will get to make a joke about how the "5" in the company's twitter handle is accurate again and the rest of them will realise how dire the situation is and leave as well.

Correct given if you donate to anyone from Phase Connect it goes to fishman's Phase Connect email. The problem is both Yuri and Lumi both were allowed to keep their discord servers, they were never made to hand them to PC management to have full control, so the likelihood is certain simps were given a way to donate directly to Yuri without fishman taking his contracted percentage.
And even if >>50223408 is true, there were probably a good following who were aware the PayPal was still active and Yuri could still get money out of it. A reminder that fishman offered to refund people for her PC fund donothon, even though there is a good likelihood those who got refunded will likely send it to nano again anyway.

Anyone following Phase can see that they are doing their new Invaders a lot differently than before and likely it's due to this in some part.
