can't help with chat and metadata but here's my retarded way for saving the videos:
1. download csv from https://ragtag.link/archive-videos
2. delete all but lines containing your oshi's channel id
3. delete all but the mkv links
4. feed that to your downloader of choice

step 2 and 3 can be done with notepad++
bookmark+mark lines that has your oshi's channel id, delete unmarked lines
find and replace .*(?=https://) with empty field, use regular expression

Has literally nothing to do with Sayu/Zaion, this is because of a change that Google announced a month ago for Google Workspace shared drives that is finally going into effect soon.
The way they currently work they can be used for unlimited storage but Google is putting limitations in place to prevent that anymore.

It's not perfect since it's the view count at the time of ragtag upload so some still active bigger channels that just had some random older videos with low views might get caught that way, but there are some genuine 1views in there if you want to be a savior.

I know how to torrent. I have a few files that I've been seeding for years from my NAS. I have 4tb of raid1 storage. I can't seed ragtag. I sure as hell can't afford two petabytes worth of drives.

I think I'm gonna grab a few BD-XL discs, burn a complete archive of a chuuba across a few disks, and them put them in cold storage. If I do this every couple of months or so, I should be able to build a decent physical archive of various vtubers to reference back to in the future. What's the tool for scraping someone's entire twitter account? The media downloader in the OP seems like it only grabs images/videos from specific tweets, and the scrapers I find online only get the most recent 20 or so tweets. I need to archive the entire thing.

So I've been wanting to grab all of Luna's videos missing from YouTube referencing the list in the ragtag tweet but shortly after they made the announcement I kept getting 403 errors on basically every video. I assumed that everyone was just in a rush to archive as much as they could and it would clear up after a day or two but it still hasn't.
Am I just unlucky or are other people experiencing this too? Any chance that I'll be able to actually get anything downloaded or is it going to be like this until the site dies?

If everyone in this thread tell which channel/video ID have been downloaded, it's possible to alleviate this problem by sharing the downloaded video through torrent or mirror link. So, the available quota aren't being used to download the same video twice.

3. Set the "download limit" to some higher number like 5000mb
4. Sign in to twitter (you get hard-limited now without an account)
5. Open the account you'd like to scrape
6. Click the "[down arrow] Media" button in the top right
7. Check all of the boxes except for Dry Run (this is used to restart instead of continuing if you have to pause it, so it doesn't affect anything here)
8. Click "Start"
9. Leave the tab open and focused (don't open anything else over it) until it's finished. The "stuttering" is just it taking a few seconds to download video files. It will be a couple tweets short of twitter's displayed count at the end.
10. Open the zip file it just downloaded; the tweets + all metadata are in the .csv file, the .txt file seems to be just a debug log and can be deleted, and the rest is pictures/videos/gifs (voice tweets are videos)

What tools are you guys using to autodownload all the ragtag vods from a single channel? I gathered a list of al the download links I'll need, but I assume there's a more efficient method than just clicking on one, going off to do something for a couple hours, and then clicking the next one whenever I happen to notice it's finished.

If you're archiving you almost definitely have a copy of yt-dlp lying around, just take your text file with the list of links (separated by line breaks) and run yt-dlp --batch-file <name of the file>
