My money is on Haachama waiting to see how Coco's graduation plays out and then deciding whether to graduate or not. Cover definitely won't want an exodus of idols back to back but they won't be able to stop that. Again, this seems like it's about creative freedom.

you know, when it first happen I was tinking maybe its covers big plan, they are just saying indefinite hiatus, but...
in haachamas mind, she still feels a lot of guilt over this, she has been having menhera problems for a long time and use your mind and realise it.
this is the most stressful time in her life because she wrongly thinks its her fault that coco graduates.
even though im sure coco said so many times its not haachama can not believe it truly.

After seeing phase connect astroturfing here then being ungrateful for the attention they received, I'm actually empathetic towards the changs' complaints. Cover was clearly unappreciative and incompetent towards Chinese early adopters who stuck with them back when they were a literal nothingburger compared to the rest of the scene. Now they're letting talent go just to get chink money and protect muh brand image.

CN probably won't come back. Coco and Haachama are also leaving. And if changs see cover is only interested in sponsor money rather than their loyal CN fan/hatebase, I'd have to wonder if chinks would even be satisfied with that much. Do the actual cn fans really care all that much whether holos play genshin? Probably not. Who knows if they'll ever accept the win.

So with two market's scorched by cover's incompetence, the only question is whether post-hololive Coco will continue western outreach during her next gig or just abandon the global marketplace altogether in favor of refocusing solely on the safer Japanese market. Trying to navigate global standards seems to have been a bad idea, so if she starts a new agency they might only give foreign fans some token dogwhistles to draw in gachia but largely ignore the rest of the world beyond that.
