Actually, I had thought up a way that anybody could become the Emperor and have their own dynasty so that different nations could have their own place.
It sort of has to do with the position of women, women are obviously the primary subject of sexual desire both in universe and in /horni/ so my idea is that each Emperor has a Consort or group of Consorts that help to regulate the Thunder Cock Ring and help them keep Erostasia running, if any of the Emperor's Consorts are cucked while in his service (seduction or rape) the Ring will drain the life of that Emperor for being unable to protect his women and the one who cucked him would inherit the ring. This could probably be fleshed out more and give the Consorts more interesting things specifically that they can do other than mindblowing sex with the Emperor but it essentially ensures that any Emperor that seats the throne for longer than a year has to be at least somewhat qualified and an interesting reason why the Emperor may only have one or two wives in an incredibly sex based society. Of course all of that goes out of the window if the ring is revealed to be fake, which would probably cause a gigantic riot and government upheavel that would leave 4,000,000 raped, murdered, or both. Trade merchants and seamstresses all across the realm are stocking up on cotton and silk to meet the demand, but was this new trend divinely ordained or could it have some political angle? Sir Cushionero Fannybottom, an incredibly prestigious Luknight of fashion and fitting, had this to say.

It is likely that Subatomo and Omarazu guests to a luknight's household returned to their respective nations with a newfound appreciation. Both are a survivable haven in an alien world that’s absolutely hostile to humans otherwise. They might well have hardened electronics to go along with their analog solutions since there’s only so much a slide rule can do. I imagine some still prefer slide rules even if the calculator can do everything it could do and more though. When I was a kid I went to a Chinese medicine shop nearby a lot (I love haw flakes) and the old man manning the counter stuck to his abacus even after they got a calculator for who I assume was an intern or something. Every now and then I challenged him with my math homework and I could never beat his abacus with my calculator. Granted it’s elementary school math and I was pretty clumsy but I assume a similar attitude’s probably common for skilled moleym slide rule users
As for the physicality I think those are things people naturally notice but don’t pay a lot of attention to for being non-visual in nature. I want to breed khezus (non-sexually) and fill my planet with domesticated and non domesticated giant phallic lightning wyrms. I dont play monhun tho so I wanna know if there might be somethings to consider about it.
Would its slime membrane prohibit it from certain adaptations like flying?

No. Khezu flies regardless, he can also reproduce only by leeches, which are baby khezu that suck on another creature's blood to grow. It goes for the Gigginox too which is basically his Tri counterpart. Khezu also use their necks or tails to attack a threat, and their saliva can be used to make concoctions that can help give strength or certain defense to the body. Though, the concoction part is mostly just me talking in game terms, I'm not too sure about the lore.

Alright, I really like the pale khezu. It's got a real elegance to it, I thought that the pale khezu was grounded but it sounds like it can actually fly. Is the pale Khezu the base ancestor that the Gigginox evolved from?
I know there are variants like the Red and Zeniths and at first I thought about just branching our from the pale khezu but I think the inclusion and development of other flying wyvern races that aren't tamed due to their aggression could be fun.

Pale Khezu came first before the Gigginox, so you can technically call it the ancestor, yeah. Other than that, they don't have too much similarities I believe. Red Khezu is the subspecies of it, so imagine it's like a Khezu that adapted to another environment compared to the original.
If you want, there's also plenty other monsters that could catch your attention and add ontop of your planet or nation's lore. It's practically the first time I've seen someone want to add a monster from Monster Hunter into their lore and I honestly feel like it'd be pretty fun to mess around. dibs on Zinogre and Dalamadur

it's rare to see a hunting horn main even after Rise, that's cool. I'm mostly a Charge blade guy but on the old games I used to main GS and Hammer. Rise made me love Lance a lot.
