As someone with game dev knowledge, I'd say with some brush ups by a technical artist (shader/lighting specialist) it would probably have been on old hololive/niji level. The tracking is great.

This is definitely competitive with corpos or surpasses it on a tech level. I think you could only argue about some decisions, light too colorful lighting, and I would have preferred more toon shading on the body. Maybe a bit too busy and youtube encoding can't handle it.

At Vshojo she owns her IP and all of the investments she makes into that, she keeps. Vshojo gives her:
A) Initial promotion (it's not a lot, but it did help build hype around this "unknown" new vtuber)
B) Connections (Yoolie is highly in demand, so it's possible to help her get onto the queue for top-tier 3D as he has done a lot of work for VSJ in the past)
C) General support. Pikamee is used to being mostly on her own anyway, so the fact that VSJ is more hands-off than other orgs is not as much of a downside, and having legal support and sponsor support is helpful
Add to that her existing friendships with Kson, Ironmouse, and Zentraya and Vshojo are a no-brainer for her to start Henya's career.

Totally a better idol story than someone like Pikamee, a girl with literally no prior streaming experience who nonetheless elevated herself from one of the smallest vtuber groups in existence, eventually becoming popular and well liked enough to successfully switch to a bigger but still not huge agency where she's managed so far to make a big splash despite only a modest marketing effort by Vshojo. She still doesn't have 3D yet, but if she keeps grinding the goal is closer than ever.
