Probably yes to all of them. I unmembered the Niji talents I used to and stopped watching them, not just because of the change in direction that happened after Lazusydia, not just because of the constant drama, but especially in light of these news.
If it puts financial pressure on the company that the contracts can negotiate better deals with them, great. If it makes my oshis realize that the company well and truly does shit for them and they decide to strike it out as indies or join any number of better EN corpos, also great, I'll be sure to support them again.
