I don't think it's just HoloEN in sharp decline, but Cover as a whole. While I don't fault them for wanting to make money, they, in their Growth Opportunities and Strategies, state that their goal is to sell as much merch and concerts as possible while making streaming less of a focus for money making. That's a complete shift from what made them unique; instead it tosses them into the idol corp mindset, something that there is very little audience for outside of Japan.

My hot take is that the contracts they sign should be for at least 5 years, not every year, and come with heavy requirements on the expectations that should exist. In the absolute least, 4 streams a week and 16 hours of stream a week, period. A normal person works 5 days a week, 40 hours a week so 80% of days and 40% of a normal person work isn't much to be asked for considering they're playing video games. Anything extra that is to be done can be done before / after stream or on their 3 other days off screen. Another expectation is growth / sales. Cull the shit that doesn't want to work / deliver. Cover is THE biggest name in the industry, and the quickest way to ruin that reputation is by dragging the shit around instead of wiping it off at the door.

Nijisanji is unironically going to completely implode. They have nothing to offer compared to most other agencies, no guaranteed music career like Hololive, they have retarded restrictions typical of Japanese companies, they offer little support unless you are the rare gem that manages to make it "big", probably also caused by the fact that they hired so many talents that they don't have enough resources to spend on them all, unlike for example Hololive who still does at least a yearly concert with all its member and gives even the less popular members a lot of benefits. EN will be first, as we are already seeing the signs, but JP is not far off either, the moment that another decent company (that actually hires, unlike Holo) pops up on the Japanese market they are done for.

Mori was a rollercoaster for me. Having Kiara as my Oshi, March 2021 she got on my personal shit list pretty quick. TakaMori fags got shit all over in the summer and her backing Kiara up while Kiara was taking shit from those fags not willing to let the ship go made me happy. I always thought Mori was awkward as fuck during collabs, but otherwise harmless.
