If you ignore merch sales, the only thing making holo the golden ticket over being a 3view indie that they are.

Ina is somewhat agreeable but the percentage seems too high. I think she's only staying for the easy paycheck but even if it's only that, money is still a really good motivator to remain.
The amount of work and effort she has to put in are tiny compared to what any real job would require of her and she knows it.
If nothing else Ina is a smart girl and knows she's blessed to be in the position she's in.

Gura has already stopped working as a streamer and is effectively a corporate mascot, Cover will offer her any amount of money to stay with them and work twice a month to please the fans.
She's in a similar position to Ina except with double the popularity and half the work so I'd proportionally lower her percentage.

Kronii has literally no reason to quit, she's a 0% for me. She's doing better with stream frequency than Ina and Gura, she might hate her fans but she doesn't seem to resent her job at large. And she has retardedly dedicated fans that will guarantee her a better monthly income than any other job she worked. I agree with your assessment that she cares less about voice acting than she used to but that only makes it more likely she stays Kronii rather than going back to her VA persona (which is still active anyway to milk patreon money anyway).

Lastly Ame. She's the one I would rate the highest for leaving. Similar to Ina she's only in it for the money but unlike Ina she does really poorly with her low effort content and her fanbase largely abandoned her which will relate to more of her income drying up as well.

Calli will not quit anytime soon, she is tied to Hololive because her contract with Universal Music Japan under Calli identity, the lawsuit she faced will be quite messy for her if she decide to quit hololive before her contract with Universal Music end
