Having their own studio just means they make more $$$ cause of cheaper production costs and faster queue. It will still be the same stuff or maybe even worse because they don't have the specialties of rental studios.

I remember someone saying that their old/current studio was booked for a full year so this is definitely better. Security for staff, more space & multiple recording rooms, long term investment for even renting it out to others.
