Alright I looked over the 4th chapter once again to see if there's anything. Here's everything I figured was worth noting along with some rrats for fun.
-The cube is important obviously. Somehow. Someway. Nobody knows how yet, but it is.
-The cube is a puzzle that was found disassembled near or in Lab 12. Possibly important since Henya is Subject 13?
-When Henya's leaving the facility she's packing up an orange piece of paper into her bag. This may be the same piece of paper she clung onto all the way back in Part 2. At the time I assumed the page was notes she had written down about her escape plan, but they may be something else entirely if this is supposed to be the same paper. Maybe something that ties to her past before being taken into the facility?
-Non-important detail but very cute. In the image at the end that announces the date, Henya's got 2 clips in her hair to keep the big strand that hangs over her face out of the way. The clips are black with green bits on them so it can be assumed Zen gave them to her.
-The background over that same image has some iconography related to Henya. There's a square separated into peieces to represent the cube puzzle. An atom for general science stuff. XIII because she's subject 13. And the triangle logo all over the teasers. Ostensibly the logo for the facility she was tested on in, but could also be an acknowledgment of VOMS
-The first thing Henya does upon seeing Zen is notice her eyes, and assume those eyes mean she's evil.
-Henya's profile on Twitch says that she "retreated into a hyperdimensional space to hide from her pursuers"

I checked Chapter 1 again for the opening hallway shot and it conveniently starts at a testing chamber for Subject 11, so you don't get to see anything of 12. This is one of the things that people don't talk about when they talk about VShojo. Gun knows a lot of people in the industry and has use those contacts to get some things for the girls they had a harder time doing on their own. But, the thing with networking is that once you link up with them then you can still use them even if you're not with Gunrun anymore. Remember, non VShojo members have been included in the lore before, so there's no reason any of the trio that left can't also be. It was always a cooperative effort that they all willingly participated in and would have to do so again. If they don't, then they can be mentioned as doing things off camera or just not mentioned at all. Easiest solution?
