One thing I haven't seen much appreciation of /here/ is that it's really difficult to keep a channel's content from becoming stale
You might think that it would be easier for an AI streamer, because they are not limited by things that humans are, but actually AIs aren't general intelligences yet, so the range of what they are capable of is more limited
Don't get me wrong, I have seen some good ideas for what Vedal could do, like having themed chill streams, which just require a stock image for the background and a title change, as a bare minimum, but there are limits to that too
Think realistically about how different the questions and responses can be if Neuro went to a theme park, or a lost city, for example
Those might be fun settings for a talented author to tell a story in, but after maybe a dozen interesting prompts from chat, you'd be back to 2 hours of Kirby questions, as people run out of things to ask
The other main options Vedal has are doing collabs, and making Neuro play new games, but these ideas also start to run dry after a month or so of content
Maybe if he was really organized, he could have a roster of 10 different collab partners, and book in a couple each week, so a given partner didn't appear more than once a month, but what would the content of the collab be?
I'd love to see Neuro collab with Giri again, for example, but if all they do is argue over ingredients while Giri cooks something, people will feel like they've seen it all before, and that's assuming Vedal can even persuade these collab partners to keep repeating their same routines, or get them to find some new skill that works well with Neuro
Playing new games is even more difficult, because he will quickly run out of games that have AIs written for them, and the number of games with AIs that allow Neuro to give interesting commentary is basically zero
So he either has to develop his own AIs from scratch, or pay someone else, which is unlikely to ever be profitable
Anyway, I have sympathy for the situation he's in, and I don't think he's doing that badly, but I don't see an obvious way for him to keep the channel fresh beyond 6 months, other than creating new characters with different personalities, and supporting new languages, to appeal to different demographics

I can't really blame him for somewhat haphazard management or infrequent delivery as he's still pretty inexperienced and so far does really well all things considered, but I question the direction he tries to take with Neuro.
He seems keen on getting Neuro to do usual vtuber routine like video reacts and party games, which doesn't really work well for neither Neuro nor Vedal. Developing the functionality needed seems heavier than he can currently lift, and I'm not sure it will work well in the end and how long it could be used.
I think he should focus more on AI part of AI vtuber premise, and do some more basic stuff like making her play some simple arcade style games like adventure island or battle city. It shouldn't be too hard to code and can provide enough content to keep going for a while, plenty of people like retro games and seeing AI learn in real time, even if very slowly, is something I haven't seen much before on stream so it's unique, and I believe Vedal already has experience in the subject.
If he keeps going full vtuber route, he could quickly run out of things to do and burn himself out without accomplishing much, so it might be better to keep to the familiar field, at least for now.
