Is Zaion for damages?
Nijisanji lost billions after her expose.

>> No.49137241

I am happy but got to be real and ask if this is just another up and down cycle instead of the drama.
On the other hand if Nijifags post total earning chart again we know it is because they take 98% and make livers pay for everything.

Oh no, they lost 20 bucks. That's like, one extra merch paycheck they would have to pay. How could Niji possibly recover?

>> No.49138907

It kind of is but day to day movements are worthless. Basically traders will move stocks based on how the perceive things can hurt or help the business. The market is forward looking and trying to best guess future value. So if a talent makes a big stink about merch cuts there is a chance Anykara will be forced to give in and offer more which would cut into profits.

Doesn't mean shit but that is my best speculation why the news would cause stocks to drop. It could also be the simple fact the whole market was down and Anykara was drug down. Marks are very irrational in the short term. I've seen good earnings statements cause a company to dump 10% because of something buried on page 95 that signaled future troubles.

So yes OP is a faggot but Zaion and Kson dunking on Nijisanji can effect the short term value but ehhh if the money keeps rolling in Anykara could literally be operating Vtuber sweatshops as long as no laws are broken it won't harm them.

Yes, but it has to be an actual trend. One day doesn't make a trend. It's the equivalent of minor turbulence on a single airplane flight.

Market cap = number of shares*share price
Anycolor's current market cap is 163 Billion Yen, vs 105 Billion Yen for Cover Corp. Anycolor is worth more, but not 5x more because Cover splits ownership over more shares.
Also part of the reason Anycolor is worth more is because they aggressively maximize profit, although this could hurt them in the long run if it causes them to bleed talent

The problem is that they tried to overkill her and bury her as much as possible. Since they provided so many points, many of which were super flimsy it was makes countering her defense that much more difficult. If they sued for defamation they would have to go through each of these points and make all of that information public. Sayu offered them the best solution of a joint statement in which she could have left on good terms and just moved on.

Zaion isn't an issue. This is probably why
https://kabu-sokuhou.com/brand/item/code___5032/
>ANYCOLOR (5032) drops sharply. It is a clue that the company's stock was traded at 5520 yen in off-market trading on the 9th.

>It has been confirmed that a total of 1,088,000 shares were traded by Bilibili Inc. at a discount price of about 5% from the closing price of 5,810 yen on the 9th. The market seems to be aware of the possibility of block trading by the company's major shareholders, and the stock price has dropped significantly.
Bilibili is just dumping AnyColor stock or doing some Chink stock magic. Its value will bounce back after a few day / a week, I suppose

Extridition over something like this would never be granted. As long as Zaion doesn't set foot in Japan until after whatever the statute of limitations is for whatever crime this would be considered as (theft is 7 years, I can't imagine it being more than that), she'll probably get off with it. I can't see a US court taking this particularly seriously.
