Since we're on the topic of death, I might as well start with mine.
The smoke from the houses was too thick for us to continue walking through the field, so we had to walk closer to the highway instead. There wasn’t much traffic. Just a few battered trucks and cars scattered her and there with their doors wide open.
Piled on top of them were suitcases, lampshades, even portraits of the Grand Marshal Yagoo, the belongings left behind by Rratovani families in a helter-skelter attempt to escape the conflict raging around them.
Meanwhile, tall, imposing lampposts lined the highway as far as we could see. But after a kilometer or so of walking, it became clear that these posts had been twisted into something far more sinister.
We began to notice more and more bodies hanging from these very posts, dangling in the wind like ornaments at an Atlantidani souvenir shop. Most of them were Rrats, their poor bodies desecrated with crude signs labeling them "terrorists" or “Nijis” or “whores” and worse.
But among them were other victims too. Pekos who had dared defy the ethnic line, branded as “traitors”.
I felt a surge of bile rise in my throat. The rabbits were not content with just killing Rrats. They were also turning on each other.
For a while, we marched in silence - each lost in our own thoughts and feelings. Subaru kept her eyes under her helmet, Botan lit up a cigarette, and she lit one up for Korone too. Our squad’s cheerful disposition from earlier was completely gone.
When I looked over at Suisei, I couldn’t help but notice how her blue eyes trembled in her troubled gaze. It had the same quiet concern I felt rising within myself.
A flash of understanding came over me. Perhaps she was also wondering the same thing I was.
What was this country coming to?

I made the outline of her prologue chapter that will go into the background of her life and how why the kingdom shes from is how it is since since the winter I think. When I considered some of the ideas and world building it had in mind for that arc, I actually went back in the middle of writing the first arc with Flare in it to sprinkle minor details that would establish some things about half-elves.

Okay finally got through to this, and... It just feels like it's all buildup no payoff.
There's a bunch of hot scenes but they don't commit to actually making it be something fappable so it just ends up being three chapters of building up that ends without the sex.
Like the prose and description is good but you really need to know what a reader is expecting. An anticlimax no sex ending just doesn't work for the kind of fic you made. Like unironically I think my attitude to this would have been the polar opposite if you had committed to making this a full mindbreak that ends like the bad end proposed in the original prompt.
Also the school prez should have 100% been a chuuba if you had wanted the ending to not feel like a complete waste.

Yeah, honestly can't blame the thread for following up on thinking about the alt Suisei concept.
Though now I'm wondering how you'd structure the narrative for this. Because the 'Alt Suisei willingly decides to switch back' ending kind of needs either a parallel story about whatever the hell out Suisei is doing in the alt timeline or have some other narrative thread to connect the two timelines if you want the ending to be satisfying. Because otherwise the only ending that feels 'natural' is the tragedy of what happens when other people start finding about Suisei being from alternate universe.

Well, worldbuilding is an excessive term, but my idea is that the main plot would be (You) trying to get our Suisei back while dealing with Alter, with a contrasting plot of our Suisei finding out what went wrong with Alter and working on fixing things on her end. So, I feel, there needs to be some logic into how Alter came to be. "Not getting in" isn't satisfying enough for me. What is a non-Suisei Hololive like? Who took her place? What variable causes the divergence? How broken would Suisei actually be? Things like that need "something" to them.

It's all WIP anyways so it's not like anything is set in stone but those are my general thoughts.
