Slavery vs Talent Freedom

>> No.49040505

>>49040214
so when kson mentioned slavery, she was talking about Niji huh.

it will be funny when someone leaks holo's merch cut and it's like 5%

1 percent vs 0 percent.

Multiple talents already said the best way to support them is throught merch, Sc comes in second, keep hoping

>> No.49041069

>>49040837
Almost every fucking holo that mentioned merch sales added that it makes them the most money by far.

>> No.49041102

>>49040214
VShojo should give a gift basket to Riku because Nijisanji has taken the attention off of them by somehow being even worse

>> No.49041211

>>49041102
What did vshojo do wrong?
They let their talents go gracefully without trying to drag their names through the mud

>> No.49041225

>>49040837
Everyone and their dogs know that the Holos make the most direct money from merch and the least direct money from SC. Hell even the fucking homofags know this. Nice try

>> No.49041299

>>49040837
They get like 30% from superchats and it only goes up from there.

>> No.49041327

>>49041211
They didn't necessarily do anything wrong publicly at least. But losing big 3 members in the span of a week is obviously not a good look regardless of what happened behind the scenes.

>> No.49041529

When you look at how much Mysta made (based on how he complained that he had to pay 21k for tax) compared to how much he earned from SC over the same period, you'd realize that Nijisanji's scheme is much more predatory than VShojo's "You get full cuts from donations, we get the merch" scheme.
>>49040837
And then you have Lamy who made "only" 150k-190k US$ in SC post YT/Cover cuts in 2022, yet earned somewhere between hundreds thousands up to 1.6M US$ in total, pre-tax. That show how well Hololive members are being treated when it comes to revenue split

I want to see one of those vshojos who left leak the merch cut vshojo had.
Because it's likely way less than what niji takes and even then at least 1 of those members basically implied that they didn't agree with the cut vshojo was taking from them on merch and sponsors. It's been confirmed that vshojo doesn't take all of the merch revenue that's for sure.
Somehow niji's merch cuts is worse than vshojo's despite merch being practically all of what vshojo makes kek

>> No.49041984

>>49041749
the problem vshojo had is that mythic was offering a very large signing bonus which vshojo didn't have the funds to match apparently

>> No.49042329

>>49041327
3 talents so far.

>> No.49042356

>>49041984
This, the three that left had offers for Mythic, and personal issues with the brand (Silver was weird to point out and I leave it to the rrats, Vei isn’t into the semi-idol or group Unity shit, she just wants to be in Soda’s stream all day and barely stream for herself, and Nyan recently spoke about how for a long time she felt pressured due to the bad rep she had along her to the group)
Mythic was the final nail in the coffin for them to jump out. As, outside of Nyan, they aren’t the biggest money makers in merch (that would be Zen and Mouse based on the makeshift sale), and Mouse stayed despite probably having a way cozier and easily accessible contract with the UTA (an actual Hollywood agency that supports some streamers alongside artists)

Basically saying, the three bitches that left had personal issues, got greedy and got the bag

>> No.49042636

You do know they have a monthly salaries like a normal company employee right???? Even if they get 0% from merch s they still make more money than shitty 3% nijimerch

Talent freedom, peer pressure and letting talents get bullied to tears if they do something management doesn't like.

>> No.49044752

>>49044112
Holoboard doesn't mean Hololive has to be as shitty as Nijisanji, especially when their CEO Yagoo has openly said to investors that they knew, and willingly accept a loss in profit to provide a significant return to their talents and support their activities instead of chasing the company-driven merch style like AnyColor.
>我々が今まで行ってきたグッズ販売は、ANYCOLORが販売するようなグッズ展開ではなく、タレントの記念日、具体的には周年記念や誕生日といった記念日に販売する受注生産のグッズを重要視してきた。背景として、こういったグッズは、タレントへの収益還元が大きく、その活動の支援に繋がると考えていたからだ。一方で、ANYCOLORは、会社が主導するようなグッズを大きく企画・販売している。

Lamy said she had to pay 4 digits of 万 / man / 10,000 in Yen. That is somewhere between 10,000,000 to 99,999,999 Yen. You can calculate her range of income from there (or dig through the archive since I remember other anons already did)

Coco leaked that superchats gave them half of revenue with YouTube cut, and they still prefer that their fans buy concerts and merchs instead. If merchs doesn't do well they won't push or invest in merchs like crazy, but ones who sells out often like Suisei invest like crazy into merchs
