At this moment, there are more English Holo streams to watch than English Niji streams.
As someone who's not a corpo loyalist and checks out different chuubas all the time, NijiEN has tons of dead hours that are singlehandedly saved by people like Nina or Scarle - if they take the day off suddenly there's huge holes in the schedule even with 34 livers.

Finana's numbers are around 800 maybe 1500 if she plays one of the gachas she's addicted to.
That would put hear easily above most of Phase Connect, only Pippa would consistently be above her.
Which means she gains nothing from being on Phase Connect, because most of their averages are around 200 or 300 if we are generous unless you are Tenma or Lumi.
Also you are insane if you think Finana would fit in Phase Connect.
That's probably one of the worst possible places for her to be.
She's an unapologetic vocal rainbow crew member and unironically told her fans to educate themselves over the term trap. Phase is the most antithetic corpo to those values, I'm not saying Phase are actually bigots but I'm saying they are not non-bigots either, they make jokes about that and laugh at it without giving a fuck. She'd have a melt down there.
Also just take a look at her schedule.
Phase Connect as a corpo leans heavily into creative content/zatsu. Finana is mostly a pure gamer, she won't prepare a long presentation about a topic, she won't go on a bunch of tangents, she has nothing interesting to say and no stories to share, no good opinions to exchange with her chat.
She would not vibe with the personalities or the culture of Phase Connect and her content would not be compatible with the tastes of their audience.
Her inability to get along with the other members would seriously cripple her within the social group too.
There's just no point in her joining because she won't get along with anyone, she does not bring anything of value to the group and the group does not provide her with anything of value either.
