I don't think Reine realizes how little excitement people across the world can have for others getting an exclusive show. No shit, I'll never see it so why would I get excited over it? The Tournament arcs kinda ruined Reine and I'm being serious. The last Mario Kart training and build up was some of the worst "excuse making" Reine has ever done. It was so frustrating hearing her say excuse after excuse as to why she'll do poorly before the tourney even started. I was so confused why she was acting that way too, like the filter came off and she just went full into "It's not my fault" mode and never turned back.

Every time Reine dedicated time to get good at something, all it does is destroy her self confidence in the end. I played that shortly after RE4, just had the itch for another remake and it's seriously amazing. People who just brushed it off thinking it was just like Last of Part 1, a useless remaster since the base game looks so good.

I was so wrong, the remake is a sequel to Dead Space 2 but Dead Space 1 if that makes any sense. They take the mechanics from 2, like just steal em, and put em back in 1. Everything, Kinetics, arm ripping (with a new system to tear off live limbs, also not talked about), zero g, and best of all the weapon upgrade exclusive unique system. Loved that shit when you max a gun and it turns into a god beast.

On top of just being one of the best horror games of all time, it's up there as one of the best games of all time. They remake Dead Space, just like RE4 remake they couldn't go wrong.

The director system makes the game completely different every time you replay, the value is off the charts. With the new side quests and unlockable doors your backtracking a bit more (ship is 1 map now, you can walk from bridge to the engineering and back). It's nuts man. Love that game.

Also NG+ has 3-4 new enemy types, that was huge for me too.

I've never gotten the sense that she was particularly fixated on the numbers with any of this stuff. I mean, would she like for one of her originals or covers to take off in viewership? I'm sure. But so much of what she does is things that she's interested in making and doing, in a large part for her own enjoyment as much as sharing it with others. Hell, half of why I started watching her in the first place was because she enjoys playing and actively engages with longform narrative-centric titles that most streamers treat as numbers poison, like Uchikoshi's works.
