It's a two-way street basically - if a talent is insistent on being a stick in the mud then even a very good people-person, motivational and understanding type manager trying to get her whatever she needs is only going to have a limited result we can actually perceive. However from what we've heard it seems management generally isn't that so even if the girls were mostly mid-level motivation and could maybe want to get more into things again, shitty management being the stick in the mud would limit the results we can perceive. Seems there are kind of both types in EN, there are go-getter talents/management and downer talents/management.

Unironically the decline was Sana’s graduation. Motivation dropped and it ruined the group gathering feeling due to the elephant in the room that they’ll never be complete again, and makes it easier for people to not bother going to them.
