ENGrad order:

1. Mori - Least interested and least attached out of all 5, everyone seems to agree she will be first.
2. Ina - Busy and will leave due to not having the time not due to any drama.
3. Kiara - will leave due to feeling alone and whine about to for a long time until she graduates.
4. Amelia & Gura - Both are so tied to each other and close I am not sure who will leave first. Amelia probably stays the longest due to her growth and the fact she clearly loves what she does the most out of any EN. Gura on the other hand while she does have an audience elsewhere I don't think its the content she wants to create. She also would lose the #2 VTuber status she has for sure.
