It was clear Nintendo only gave them permission to host a MARIO tournament since the movie is coming out soon. It's good for mario as a brand and made me want to buy mario maker. But the lag that's apparent in the stream makes nintendo online seem shittier than I originally thought.

The whole thing was so poorly managed it was like a high school production. While management can't fix the Nintendo service they should have been testing the game before the tournament especially with the EN talents.
