A lot of them are US and EU based. You'll find a match very quickly.
When you start to get to blue ranks and beyond, it starts to become a bit sparse. At that point, just do randomised player matches to play against people from any rank.
Just avoid Italian connections at all costs. I don't know why, but the connection is just bad all the time. They don't know why either.
