Depends on what you consider a "professional composer". The music industry is kind of a mess nowadays and there's a lot of pro composers who are pretty much like freelancer writers of music who don't have their own songs but work for a multitude of artists and a lot of them barely play one instrument, let alone to a high level. Also it's not hard to find singers who compose their own stuff but never record a single instrument for their songs.

Eh it's basically a guitar that was designed to be as simplified and accessible as possible. You can pick it up and learn a song really fast given the chords, but to play like Mito does in the first song in that VOD would take a lot of practice and knowledge of the fundamentals. It's a lot of people's secondary instrument
