This is pretty common in professional sports, NFL, NBA, etc. Basically, every player has an agent who does this, independently of the team they play for.

If an indie is big enough and hires their own managers then I'd consider them a ligger.

I personally like the idea of calling it something like /amg/ "alternative management general"

In this case "alternative" refering to management companies that don't exclusively focus on vtubing. This covers the ex VShojo girls joining Mythic as well as organizations like cloud9 with Vienna.
