If someone is taking your work and profiting off it by making AI generated SPECIFICALLY looking like your artsyle, then that's a shitty thing to do. Considering how models can be mixed though, it would be hard to prove unless you're forced into discovery because you're being sued, in which point you will have to show the model you used, as well as the inputs and seed number to recreate it.
