Although I like Maribako (I'm your treasure box) I think Ahoy! is Marine's most important song because in a way it became the anthem of Vtubers, almost all the Vtubers knew it, liked it and sang it (those who knew Japanese).
The biggest thing Maribako did was explode in popularity among normalfags but I think it was more thanks for it's exceptional animated music video than for the song itself.

I think that's just because Ahoy! came out at a time when few Hololive members had original songs, so when one of them released a song everybody would sing it. But now, with so many originals, they don't keep up with each other's music anymore, unless it's a hit like Maribako.
