She got used to all the benefits of being in Hololive, she didn't realize how hard it really is to be an indie. Managing merch, collabs, events, sponsorships, and other behind the scenes issues is a lot of work. All of which takes away from time she could be streaming which is how she makes her money, since she no longer had a monthly salary coming in. She either needed to hire people to manage things for her or run to an org.
The other Vshojo girls experienced lots of freedom and success but probably had a more restrictive contract so they're taking their IP and leaving, but she experienced how hard that really is so is hoping to just get a better deal with some other org.

Ugh, I can't believe Nyatasha Nyanners is quitting VShojo. I mean, seriously? What the heck is going on here? I can't even begin to express my frustration with this situation.

First of all, Nyanners was one of the main reasons I even started watching VShojo in the first place. Her energy, humor, and overall vibe were just so unique and refreshing. I loved tuning in to her streams and videos and feeling like I was part of her community.

And now, just like that, she's gone. It's like VShojo doesn't even care about their fans or the content they put out. I mean, what kind of message does this send to the rest of us? That it's okay to just up and leave without any warning or explanation? That our support and loyalty don't mean anything?

I know that Nyanners has her reasons for leaving, but honestly, I just don't think they're good enough. She's said before that she struggles with anxiety and depression, but come on, who doesn't these days? We all have our struggles, but that doesn't mean we just give up on the things we love.

And don't even get me started on the other members of VShojo. Sure, they're great too, but they just don't have the same spark as Nyanners. They're all just kind of... there. It's like they're trying too hard to be entertaining, whereas Nyanners just effortlessly is.

I mean, I get it, she's probably dealing with a lot right now. But that doesn't mean she has to bail on us like this. We deserve better than that. And honestly, I'm just really disappointed in her.
