The issue with predicting this shit is we have no idea what they'll actually be doing in Mario Maker. Not even the players do, Fauna talked about how no one had told her what to expect last stream.

But, if I had to bet, they're going to be playing the levels in co op mode. Technically only one person has to finish for those levels to be considered completed, but they tend to have parts that require multiple people to progress. If you have one person on your team that can't make a jump you may not be able to win at all.

Which means I think it'll be less about having one really good player on your team and more about having a full team of somewhat competent players. So I'd say my money is on B and D. Since their worst players (IRyS and Polka respectively) have at least played some Mario.

Irys improved a lot from just one play session. Hopefully she does more than just the one stream. Though it'll probably be another case of ENs half assing it again.

The rules were explained, you and fauna need to do your reps:

There are two parts to the team battle. in part 1, there are 12 stages, with each player doing 3 stages each for a 4 person team, and 4 stages each for a 3 person team. you get 1 point per checkpoint, and 2 extra points if you're the first to reach the goal. time limit 3 minutes.

Second part works similar to what you guessed, the whole team playes with a 5 minute time limit, 5pts for the 1st place team, 4 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, and then 1 point for any other team that reaches the goal.

Probably B. Nene and Koyo have both played various Mario games all the way through, and Fauna tends to pick up games fairly well. Depends on how well Irys does I guess, or if one of the others can step up big to carry if need
