Mikenekodoro was a flesh streamer who debuted on NND in 2011 or so. She's never kept any kind of consistent image. Even the various anime girl drawings she's used to "portray" herself were random and often didn't resemble each other at all.
Mikeneko, the pink vtuber cat, only existed as a brand post termination. In much the same way that Nazuna is a distinct brand from Mikeneko, one could easily argue that the brand of Mikeneko is so distinctly different from Mikenekodoro that the two may as well be separate brands.
And on top of this, your entire argument falls onto some extraordinarily odd clause apparently existing in her Cover contract that would state that prior identities are fine, when there's literally no reason to allow this. To my knowledge, no Holos are allowed to debut a Live2D on their roommate accounts (but someone can correct me if I'm wrong here), but obviously this particular rule stopped applying to Mikeneko once she was terminated.
I have to assume that you've argued these points before because your argumentation is too oddly specific and I can't help but feel as if it's entirely predicated on an attempt to deflect the idea of the restrictions around her being based in any place other than Cover, but it's just odd that you're essentially inventing terms in a contract you've never seen to justify Nazuna's restrictions.
